When we are going through distressing life events we can experience many different feelings and thoughts which can be difficult to manage. Often we can resolve these issues on our own, however, sometimes things can seem more complex and confusing and we may need additional support to find a way forward.
I am an accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy educated to post-graduate level.

This confidential, secluded and well-established practice is within minutes of the centre of Stonehaven and only 20 minutes by car from Aberdeen. It is ideally located for Banchory, Laurencekirk, Montrose and the Mearns. Parking is available and public transport easily accessible. By train, Aberdeen is only 15 minutes away and various bus routes are close by. Some appointments can be made in Aberdeen by arrangement.
